How to Submit Your Artwork

To keep our pricing affordable and our turnaround times fast, Portland Button Works operates on a "print-ready" manufacturing basis.

• The Online Customizer (Fastest & Easiest): Click the "Customize this design" button below. Whether you're starting from scratch with our calibrated template or dropping in finished art, our online customizer makes uploading photos or art, adding text, and centering a breeze so you can see an instant preview. (Please note: We do not offer custom graphic design services or curated variety packs from scratch).

• Design Limits: To keep production moving quickly, please adhere to our design limits per order: up to 3 different designs for quantities under 50, and up to 5 different designs for 100 buttons (with a max of 5 designs per 100 pieces for larger orders). If you need more designs split across a small run, please reach out first!

• Email Us: If you prefer to use our professional templates (available to download in PSD/PDF/AI format) and already have your files completely ready to go, email them to contact@portlandbuttonworks.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
