How to Submit Your Artwork

• The Online Customizer (Fastest & Easiest): Click the "Customize this design" button below. Whether you're starting from scratch or have print-ready art, you can upload it here to see an instant preview. Just center your image in our calibrated template and you’re set.

• Email Us: If you prefer to use our professional templates (PSD/PDF/AI) and already have your files ready to go, you can email them to contact@portlandbuttonworks.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

Available Upgrades & Options

• Paper Effects: Choose from Standard White, or add some "pizzazz" with Silver, Gold, or Clear (transparent) backgrounds. (see product photos for examples)

• Instagram Shoutout: Want to see your buttons in progress? Enter your Instagram name and we’ll tag you when they are complete, or possibly even when they're on the press!

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: All orders now ship in recyclable paper bags. If you require plastic zip-bags for your retail needs, please let us know in the order comments.

Production & Shipping

• Turnaround: Once artwork is approved, most orders under 500 pieces ship or will be ready for pickup within 1–3 business days.

• Local Pickup: Available for our Portland neighbors! Select "Pick up" at checkout and we will email you to let you know how to arrange it.
