I love to see the world through the eyes of Finn.
In this issue of Everyday Magic Finn explore the concept of Place. Finn has been living on a far for 2 years and looked at their relation to the land and the seasons.
Musing of white ancestors through the lens of cultural theft. I love the idea of reaching out to somewhere, some place you must have an ancestor who resisted the lies, theft , and murder. (I also like the idea of calling out your ancestors on their transgressions)
Decolonize Spirituality/witchcraft/land/everything. That's the feeling I get from this zine.
A lovely analogy between activism and organizing and gardens. You tend to them and sometimes they don't work out, but you always learn something to take with you.
The last page of this zines acknowledges it's creation in occupied Ohlone territory and I would love see see land acknowledgement in more zines.
