Beetroot A Zine About Cooking with Beetroot by Tara Hill
First, this zine is gorgeous. It is risograph printed and green and vivid pink but it doesn't just stop the awesome there. I personally love beets, but even if you don't, I think this zine might get you to give them a second or third chance. There's lots of info this humble root and what you can do with them from raw, boiled, steamed, pickled, fermented, or smoked there's a lot of tasty things to do with beets. Plus there is a lovely bit about cooking as self care and also a great list of further reading.
